We have been alerted by various security agencies on occasions when the name and logo of the company has been misused by organizations and individuals unconnected to PNB MetLife for fraudulent purposes. Further, it has been brought to our notice that some un-identified individuals/fraudsters posing to be the officials of IRDAI / insurers engage in giving fictitious and fraudulent offers to the policyholders. Please do not deal with such individuals.

We at PNB MetLife urge to our esteemed policyholders that any policy transaction (financial or otherwise) to be carried out at any of our nearest branch office or khUshi app or CAMS/PNB/JKB/KBL branches only. We reiterate that any policy transactions should be done after thoroughly checking the credentials and due verifications.

Any diversions from our core values and ethical style of functioning including unsolicited calls or other communications with illegal requests for money, personal information and completely false claims that PNB MetLife is the guarantor of certain financial transactions are taken seriously by us and such matters are taken up with police and legal authorities to investigate the matter further.

If you receive an email message or any communication that appears suspicious or if you believe you may have been a victim of a fraudulent scheme involving PNB MetLife’s name or logo, please write-in to us at indiaservice@pnbmetlife.co.in so that we can reach out to you, call us on 1800 425 6969 or visit your nearest PNB MetLife Insurance branch. Public receiving such phone calls are requested to lodge a police complaint in individual capacity.
