    Using your credit card, you can purchase plans to protect your loved ones in just a few steps.
    Pay with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Diners card and get an online confirmation.
    Credit cards are safe because:

    • It requires a unique CVV number.
    • When you pay online, you need to enter a unique OTP.
    • We never share card details or banking details with anyone.

    You can use the online transaction facilities on PNB MetLife’s website to pay renewal premiums.

    Make renewal payments through prepaid cash cards using e-commerce gateways. This facility is currently available for Oxicash, ItzCash, Zip Cash, and Done Cash users.

    You can pay your premiums online through our bank partners' websites.

    You can make your PNB MetLife renewal premium payment from your own bank account through the NEFT facility. This facility can be used through the Netbanking option available on your Bank’s website or also by visiting your bank branch, provided that your bank has enabled the NEFT facility.

    This fast, easy and secure payment mode can be operated from anywhere from your home/office/mobile or even at your own bank branch. It offers several advantages over the conventional modes of money transfer like elimination of collection and clearance process for cheques and draft, providing instant transfer of funds etc.

    NEFT Instructions

    To initiate an NEFT transaction for making your PNB MetLife renewal premium payment, please ensure that you provide the following specific details on the ‘NEFT- Fund Transfer option’ available in the Netbanking section of your bank’s website (in case you wish to make the payment online) or ‘NEFT Transfer Form’ available at your bank branch (in case you wish to make the payment from your Bank branch).

    BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT NUMBER (without space):
    • For renewal premium: “6969<8 digit policy number>
    • For new policy premium: “7070<9 digit application number>

    Please Remember:

    • The PNB MetLife Policy Number as updated while using the NEFT option should be complete and correct.
    • The status of your policy should be “Active” while using this payment option.
    • The Beneficiary Account Number and Name should match as per the details provided above.
    • The Name of the Bank should be mentioned as 'Citibank N.A.' along with other related details as provided above.
    • The IFSC code should be correctly mentioned.
    • The terms and conditions of the Internet banking facility of your bank will apply. The payment is subject to registration of Citibank N.A. as a payee by the Internet banking module of your Bank.
    • The NEFT facility is subject to the rules and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India, as applicable from time to time.
    • NEFT option is not available for Citibank N.A. account holders. They can pay through I-connect option on the Citibank N.A. Website.
    • For every successful NEFT transaction, your Bank will provide a UTR number (Unique Transaction Reference No.). For any query related to an NEFT transaction, please mention the UTR No. of the transaction.

    What are the various premium payment options available to a PNB MetLife India policy holder?

    You can conveniently pay your renewal premium in person at our branches, by postage or courier, Online Modes, Standing Instruction Mandates, ECS or Auto Debit Facility, Drop Boxes, or Credit Card Facility.

    What will happen if I do not pay the renewal premium by the due date?

    There is a grace period provision of 30 days after the due date for payment of your renewal premium. If the renewal premium is not received within this time period, the policy will lapse and the life insurance protection will cease to exist. To bring such a policy back in force, the policy owner will need to complete the reinstatement requirements. This may include certain medical tests and additional charges to be paid.

    What happens if I paid excess premium?

    Excess  premium, if any, is adjusted against the future premiums. The policy holder does not earn any interest for the excess premium paid.

    Make payments by setting up an eNACH mandate

    This automated facility allows you to set up Standing instructions on your bank account (ECS/Direct Debit) or credit card (Visa/Master/American Express) for regular debit of your renewal premiums. To avail this facility, please submit the duly filled ECS - Direct Debit Mandate with the cancelled cheque (for bank account) or Credit Card SI Mandate along with
    a copy of the front face of the credit card (for credit card). 

    Banks with whom Direct Debit facility is available are Bank of Baroda, Citibank, ICICI, IDBI & Union Bank of India.

    List of ECS-enabled locations and mandates are available at PNB MetLife Branches.

    eNACH enables PNB MetLife policyholders to set-up an eNACH mandate online through Netbanking or Debit card. Your premium amount will be debited from the your bank account specified by you, on your premium due date.

    You can pay at any PNB MetLife Branch via a Cheque, Demand Draft, Cash (up to Rs. 1,99,999/- only) or Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard only).

    Timings:

    Monday to Friday: 10 am to 3 pm

    Saturday: 10 am to 12 pm

    Kindly carry your PAN Card and Aadhaar Card if not registered with us.

    Renewal premium payments can be made in cash* at any of the Suvidhaa Outlets across India. Suvidhaa outlets are available across the country. 

    Guidelines:

    Premium payment in cash* should not exceed Rs 50,000/- in a calendar month, across policies (including Proposal Deposit/ Renewal Payment/ Top Up) held by a customer across roles.

    Premium payment can be made for Inforce policies and policies which are lapsed for a period = < 5 months.

    Cash payments are advised to be made at Suvidhaa outlets against an official receipt. In case an official receipt is not received for cash payment within 7 days, please call 1-800-425-6969.

    PNB Branches:

    PNB MetLife policyholders can pay the Renewal premium in any of the PNB branches across India through transfer cheque/local clearing cheque/local DDs. For the list of PNB Banks, please click here. Please make the Cheque in favor of PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. Policy No. XXXXXXXX.

    KBL Branches:
