You can click on View All under My Policies from the dashboard where all policy cards will be displayed, if User have more than 3 or else click the policy card to view the policy information
You can rate khUshi App by selecting the 'Rate Us' option by (=) clicking the three lines on the top left corner of the app which will redirect to the Play Store or App Store
You can click on name initials on the circle displayed above My Policies to change the profile picture.
Yes, you can click on ‘Forgot Password’, and after resetting the password, unlock your account.
If you are still not able to reset the password, then the account will get automatically reactivated in 30 minutes.
For lapsed policy you can download Premium Payment Certificate and Renewal Payment Receipt, however for closed policies you will not be able to download any documents.
You can submit any valid and acceptable ID proof – Valid proof elements – Signature, not expired as these parameters are checked as part of verification.
The maximum size is 10MB and supported formats are PNG, JPG and PDF.
You can check the same in khUshi App from Track Service Request option, however we send notifications if your request has been processed or rejected and if rejected then what is the additional requirement.
