For example, the company’s Global Women’s Initiative forges connections through 26 women’s business networks made up of employees around the globe. MetLife fortifies its pipeline with a 14-month “Developing Women’s Career Experience” program to strengthen the readiness of emerging women leaders for senior positions. And, its Global Women’s Leadership Forum brings together the company’s top 70 women, who serve as ambassadors for the Initiative, reaching back through the pipeline to bring others along.
