Sourabh Lohtia is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of the company.
In this role, he is responsible for Marketing, Corporate Communications, and CSR functions, as well as the E-Commerce business. Additionally, he oversees Customer Experience management for the company.
Since joining PNB MetLife in 2014, Sourabh has held various leadership positions. Prior to leading the Marketing & Corporate Communications role, he led Sales delivery for the Bancassurance retail distribution channel.
Sourabh holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a postgraduate degree in Finance and Marketing. He recently completed an Executive Program in Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Management.
Throughout his career, Sourabh has received numerous accolades and recognitions. Notable achievements include being a special invitee at the MetLife Global President's town hall to present the best "Experimentation" initiative across 40 countries, being one of 11 employees selected across MetLife Asia for a regional "Short Term Assignment" in Tokyo and receiving the PNB MetLife Managing Director’s "Making a Difference" award for raising INR 750 million in subordinate debt in FY 2022.
