Delhi: The Delhi leg of the PNB MetLife Junior Badminton Championship (JBC) – 5 concluded today at Indraprastha Estate, Grand Trunk Rd, IG Indoor Stadium, Near, Raj Ghat, New Delhi, Delhi 110002, bringing out top shuttlers from the city.

The winners were felicitated by Dinesh Khanna, Arjuna Awardee, Commonwealth bronze medallist & former international badminton player; Ajay Kanwar, Delhi team coach of PBL & former international badminton player; and Chanika Sikka, Business Development, Sunrise Yonex India.

In the Boys Singles U-17 category, Harsh Anand Deshwal from Navyug Badminton Academy defeated Saanidhya Sharma from DAV Public School with score 15-12 15-8. In the Girls Singles U-17 category, Riddhima Raturi  from Delhi Public School, Sector 19, Faridabad defeated Ayushi Dodhwal from Shining Star with score 15-12 8-15 15-12.
